I have made many attempts to communicate with a real person. But this is how I have to continue.
I got your product, 4 to be exact. There was a subscription for each I was not aware of. I tried calling, no #. I went online to cancel the subscription.
That is the only way to contact you. At this time, I'm still being charged a subscription.
Please, please stop. I'm old on fixed income.

I wrote a complaint, of which you have a copy, and expect a reimbursement for the membership charge on my card that I did not choose to have. I recently received my card's bill but no reimbursed credit for the monthly membership of $18.68 or cancellation notice of membership. Please respond with my money and correct your policy of signing up memberships on an order form without customer knowledge.

This company is lacking ease of consumer purchase, bad communications, and no numbers: such as order number, telephone number for customer service and unlawfull membership fees charged on and separate from, the purchase of 1 soccer ball which was not a choice given to the consumer at time of purchase.

No one can give out a phone number to call for help! I'll have to get one of my kids to show me how to return this and not be charged on my card every month for something I have no clue what it is.
